• Website creation using templates and AI-assisted tools
• Website hosting and deployment
• Optional ongoing maintenance and content updates
• Subscription-based website services

2. Messaging Terms

By providing your phone number, messaging handle, or by initiating communication through a messaging platform, you consent to receive messages from Unclaimed Website related to customer support, service communications, and responses to inquiries you initiate.

Messaging may occur via SMS (text messages), RCS, WhatsApp, or other messaging platforms we support.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply for SMS or RCS. Use of third-party messaging platforms is subject to their respective terms and policies.

You may opt out of SMS or RCS messages at any time by replying STOP. For other messaging platforms, you may opt out using the platform’s controls or by contacting us.

3. Draft Websites & Previews

We may create draft or preview websites using publicly available information. Drafts are provided for evaluation only and may be modified or removed unless a paid agreement is in place.

4. Client Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring all provided content is accurate, lawful, and owned or licensed by you
• Reviewing and approving all website content
• Complying with applicable laws and regulations related to your business

You remain solely responsible for the content published on your website.

5. Subscriptions & Payments

• Fees are billed in advance on a recurring basis unless otherwise stated
• Payments are processed by Stripe
• Non-payment may result in suspension or termination of services

Pricing and features may change with reasonable notice.

6. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel at any time. Upon cancellation:

• Your website may be taken offline
• Hosting and maintenance will stop
• We are not obligated to provide a site export unless separately agreed in writing

We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, misuse, or legal risk.

7. Intellectual Property

• Our templates, tooling, workflows, and internal systems remain our intellectual property
• Upon payment, you receive a license to use the website content created specifically for your business
• We may reuse generalized components, layouts, and non-client-specific code across projects

8. Third-Party Dependencies

Your website may rely on third-party services including Stripe, Netlify, and GitHub. We are not responsible for outages, changes, or failures caused by these providers.

9. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee:

• Traffic, leads, conversions, or revenue
• Search engine rankings
• Continuous uptime or error-free operation

Services are provided "as is" and "as available."

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by you in the prior 12 months

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LMNO Ventures, Inc. from claims arising out of:

• Your content
• Your business operations
• Your use of the website

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
